Data Privacy Policy:

  1. Casper Technology Services Pvt. Ltd being a software development company design & develop “websites and web application” as per customer request
  2. Website or Web Application contains all the information provided by customer either in the verbal or written mode.
  3. Casper Technology services Pvt. Ltd. trust all customers and do not investigate on source of provided information.
  4. In case if any content or data doesn’t belong to customer and later it’s been identified that those were belonging of some different company , then Casper Technology will not hold any responsibility of those data.

Refund policy:

Casper Technology services pvt. Ltd. Always encourage transparent business, sorry to hear you're looking for a refund! To check your eligibility, see below our Refund policy

  1. Only security deposit is eligible for Refund, as a part of refund Casper Technology Services pvt Ltd will retain the service until it does not exceed the security deposit amount.
  2. You can claim for refund only after 12 months of continuous service usage. (i.e without any break in between)
  3. This 12 month would be calculated from the date when the services was delivered.
  4. This 12 month would be calculated from the date when the services was delivered.
  5. You can claim for this security deposit only if you are cancelling service.
  6. The refund period starts from the next billing (Monthly) cycle onwards.
  7. The service will be live until it does not exceed the security deposit amount.

Data Return & Retention Policy:

  1. As we alway care about security of your data, hence you can ask us all the content which was uploaded in website until the service is up
  2. Casper India will keep your data for 7 days from the date when service was deactivated. if there is no claim for data in these 7 days then we will permanently trash all the information
  3. Once data is trashed then in no way it can be returned back.

Non-Payment:

  1. If you missed to pay monthly rental of any month, then immediately your service would be suspended until the receipt of monthly rental along with the late fee of Rs. 100/-. Post the confirmation of payment the services will be resumed
  2. The number of days for which your service was deactivated will be added in 12 months of locking period and if you claim for refund then you would be eligible only after 12 months + no. of days your service was deactivated.
  3. If monthly rental is not paid for more than two month then your service would be deactivated.

FAQ

  1. What if, I have used service for 12 months and looking for refund now of security deposit
    • You need to inform us minimum of 90 days in prior If you wanted to opt out from our services.
    • Then write an email to contact@casperindia.com and call on +91 8884013540 with your customer id and contact details
    • From the next billing cycle onwards your service will be live until it does not exceed the security deposit amount.
    • For example if you have taken a Standard package for which MRC Rs. 100/-, and if you would like to opt out then your service would be live for another 10 months until it doesn’t exhaust 1000/- security mounat

  2. What casper India would do with my data once service is deactivated?
    • Casper India will keep your data for another 7 days from the date when service was deactivated. if there is no claim for data in these 7 days then we will permanently trash all the information
    • Once data is trashed then in no way it can be returned back.

  3. What are my Payment Options and we accept Visa and Master credit cards.
    • You may pay your bill via.
      1. Online payment
      2. Internet Banking
      3. Cheque payment

  4. What happens if I do not pay my bill >
    • Prior to the deadline you will be receiving the remainders to your registered mail informing you that your services will be subject to suspend for Non-Payment.

  5. What if I want to continue my service after deactivation
    • You will be charged on the new service basis, you can continue with the same package or change the package.
    • The selected package will be charged as per the price at that point of time.
